About the speakers:
Cole Brauer is a trailblazing professional offshore sailor and the first American woman to race solo, nonstop around the world. She is a recipient of the Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year award and holds the record as the fastest person to sail around the world in a 40-foot sailboat. Known for her grit, precision, and compelling storytelling from the high seas, she has become a powerful voice in modern ocean racing. Inspiring millions online, Cole continues to push boundaries and is currently co-skipper of the prestigious German Ocean Race team, Team Malizia.
Madeleine Lithvall is a creative director and brand storyteller with deep roots in the sailing world. With over a decade of experience across the outdoor, lifestyle, and sports industries, she leads projects in brand strategy, marketing, and editorial storytelling for clients ranging from start-ups to global brands. Alongside her creative work, Madeleine is an accomplished offshore and inshore sailor with over 15 years of racing experience, including a bronze medal in the RORC Baltic Sea Race (double-handed) and first place in the Tall Ships’ Races. She is the founder of Gybeset.co, where sailing, storytelling, and purpose-driven branding meet.
