You’re welcome to return your entire order or parts of it for a refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non‑returnable items
- Gift cards
- Webinars and other online/downloadable digital products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by Gybe Set.
How to Start a Return

Our team will provide:
- A return slip (if your country is eligible), or
- Return instructions for shipping directly to the correct warehouse
Please include:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. We use UPS for all our shipping.
General return costs within EU: €5–€25 depending on the product you wish to return, your country, and whether it’s tracked
General return costs outside EU: €20–€40 for standard UPS
Rest of World
Please contact us for return instructions. We will provide the necessary details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be in mint condition, exactly as received
- All hangtags and labels must be intact
- For shoes: the shoebox must be included and undamaged (it is part of the product)
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (EU law)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges via return shipment to our warehouses.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:
- Returning the original item for a refund
- Placing a new order for the item you want
Brand‑Specific Return Processing
Because Gybe Set partners with multiple suppliers, returns are processed at the warehouse of the relevant brand. To return your product, you must send it to the correct warehouse. Gybe Set will provide the correct address and instructions when you initiate your return.
Webinars & Digital Products
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered for webinars or any downloadable digital products
Partial Refunds
No partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the relevant supplier, we will notify you by email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to post
- Contact your bank — processing times vary

Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
