She is a recipient of the Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year award and holds the record as the fastest person to sail around the world in a 40-foot sailboat. Known for her grit\, precision\, and compelling storytelling from the high seas\, she has become a powerful voice in modern ocean racing. Inspiring millions online\, Cole continues to push boundaries and is currently co-skipper of the prestigious German Ocean Race team\, Team Malizia. \nMadeleine Lithvall is a creative director and brand storyteller with deep roots in the sailing world. With over a decade of experience across the outdoor\, lifestyle\, and sports industries\, she leads projects in brand strategy\, marketing\, and editorial storytelling for clients ranging from start-ups to global brands. Alongside her creative work\, Madeleine is an accomplished offshore and inshore sailor with over 15 years of racing experience\, including a bronze medal in the RORC Baltic Sea Race (double-handed) and first place in the Tall Ships’ Races. His experience spans youth squad sailing\, Cape 31 inshore racing\, and major offshore successes\, including Rolex Middle Sea Race class wins. \nDrawing on this blend of design knowledge and top-level offshore experience\, Ollie will deliver a webinar focused on offshore- and autopilot-friendly sail trim\, practical rig-setup approaches\, and optimising rudder toe.
